About IRIIS:

Tula region in cooperation with VEB.RF and the National Center for PPP are implementing Impact and Responsible Investing for Infrastructure Sustainability (IRIIS).

IRIIS contributes to the formation of a market for sustainable infrastructure projects in the Tula region that correspond high quality standards and which take into account best Russian and foreign practices in structuring, financing and implementing infrastructure projects.

IRIIS includes an independent evaluation of the infrastructure project sustainability in three aspects:

• Economics and Management
• Quality of life
• Ecology and climate
