  At this stage you will be allocated a personal project manager for further support.

  The Corporation manager will analyze your project in a quality manner and work with you and your team to determine your engineering infrastructure needs:

  • Electric power supply
  • Gas supply
  • Water supply
  • Water disposal

  At this stage, a list of investment sites potentially suitable for implementation of your project will be prepared.

  According to your project based on All-Russian Classifier of Types of Economic Activity, a Sanitary Protection Zone will be pre-defined.

• Coordination with development institutes

  1 business day

  At this stage, coordination with investment development institutes operating in the Russian Federation and the Tula Region takes place:

  Government of the Tula Region
  Single Development Institute
  VEB.RF
  Industrial Development Fund of the Tula Region
  SME Corporation
  Industrial Development Fund of the Russian Federation
  Russian Export Centre

• Selection of the right support program

  The specialists of the Tula Region Development Corporation have all the necessary competencies for the qualitative development of your project. At this stage, the project manager together with the specialists of development institutes will provide consultations on the selection of the support program you need.

  The following issues will be worked out:

  • Project requirements of funds, banks, SME corporation and other financial support institutions
  • Possible amount of financing
  • Financing schedule
  • Share of project financing by the investor

• Preparation of documents by the investor

  At this stage, the project manager together with the specialists from development institutes will consult on the preparation of a set of documents for obtaining state support.

  Your investment project will be analyzed in detail and quality recommendations will be made.

• Getting support

  At this stage, the project manager, after approval of the project, will control the terms of providing state support and if necessary, will visit the development institute together with you.

  The Corporation's specialists will bring your project to the implementation stage followed by the support.
